Orden Epidémico en el Estado de Michigan

Flint, MI – The state of Michigan has begun to ease Covid-19 restrictions. Beginning on June 1st, fully vaccinated individuals no longer need to wear a face mask. Individuals who are not fully vaccinated must continue to wear a face covering. No face masks are necessary outdoors. Individuals who participate in indoor sports and are not vaccinated need to wear a face mask.  Participants in outdoor sports do not require a face mask during practice or competition. Note that local health departments, municipalities, establishments, employers, school districts, and event organizers may have additional face mask rules. 

There are no outdoor or indoor capacity restrictions for residential gatherings. For non-residential indoor gatherings, there is a 50% capacity limit. There is no capacity limit for outdoor non-residential outdoor gatherings, this includes stadiums and concert venues. Dining establishments will have a 50% capacity limit. In addition, there will no longer be a restriction on how many people can dine together at a table.

Beginning on July 1st, all broad epidemic orders will be lifted. As of June 2, 2021, 59.1% of Michigan residents 16 and older have received at least one dose of a vaccine. 46.8% of residents have been fully vaccinated.
